\"NuttyDue to popular demand, we have a Dinosaur Show!\u00a0 In ‘Back to Dino World<\/em>‘, children marvel at the insane creatures who led to their evolution and the monstrous sizes of the giants who walked our Earth.\u00a0 Our summer is booking up, but we love working with libraries and would be happy to connect!\u00a0 Here’s a bit more info about what we do:<\/p>\n

Our library STEAM programs are theatrical and fun, while offering hands-on activities to encourage active participation in children.\u00a0 They will be completely engaged and leave excited about science.\u00a0 Our curriculum is best suited for ages 4 to 12 years old and can be adapted to suit your audience.<\/p>\n

We regularly travel throughout Dutchess, Ulster, Westchester, Putnam, Columbia, Green, Albany and Rensselaer counties and are honored to partner with the amazing libraries who tireless work to bring programing to their communities.<\/p>\n

We offer libraries two STEAM programing opportunities – science shows and workshops.\u00a0 And yes, we are doing lots of fun dinosaur programs this summer perfect for your collaborative summer library theme!<\/p>\n\t\t\t

Science Shows<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t

Join us for am amazing Science Show with Nutty Scientists Hudson Valley delighting children with engaging scientific experiments.\u00a0 Our shows last one hour and can accommodate up to 200 kids ages 4-12. Our current library STEAM programs are:<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\n

  1. BACK TO DINO WORLD: The Nutty Scientist has time traveled into the world of the Dinosaurs!\u00a0\u00a0 Marvel at the insane creatures who led to their evolution and the monstrous sizes of the giants who walked our Earth.\u00a0 As for the meteorite strike\u2026\u00a0 you won\u2019t want to miss this one.<\/li>\n
  2. THE ICE AGE SHOW : The kids will help our scientist overcome incredible challenges within the secret forest of Merlin the Wizard by performing amazing experiments. They will learn about the amazing properties of CO2 and dry ice getting to know about sublimation, chemical reactions, pressure, density, weight and osmosis.<\/li>\n
  3. CAST AWAY:\u00a0 In this fun show, the Nutty Scientist gets lost on a desert island and the children will have to help him escape using science! Kids will learn about chemical reactions, changes in matter, the Newton’s Laws of Motion, electricity and much more, thanks to their participation in incredible experiments and amazing stories!<\/li>\n
  4. MISSION TO SPACE: After being entrusted with a maximum security space mission, the Nutty Scientist will plan a mission to space using sophisticated techniques and crazy experiments.\u00a0 Kids will learn about the mysteries of space and planets in a fun way through their amazing adventures.<\/li>\n
  5. GLOW IN THE DARK SHOW:\u00a0 Oh no!\u00a0 The Nutty Scientist’s arch nemesis has shut out the lights and now they must work in the dark!\u00a0 Help them explore light, colors and illusions and solve the mystery of light.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    STEAM Workshops<\/span><\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t

    Allow us to share our vast selection of STEAM topics and experiments. We have engaging experiments for numerous topics and ages and love watching kids light up when they discover how fun science can be.<\/p>\n

    1. Series of 3 or more workshops over any period of time is available for a discounted rate.\u00a0 Single workshops are also available.<\/li>\n
    2. One hour of activity, including an explanation, experiment, and a hands-on activity.<\/li>\n
    3. Children bring their creations home.<\/li>\n
    4. Nutty Scientists provides all materials, so seating is all that\u2019s needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\n
